We are a UK based family with a love for African fashion and prints. 

Our brand ‘Ari & Kai’ is coined from our children’s names and was born out of the challenges we experienced with sourcing African clothes for them. 

We wanted to expose them to the heritage, pride and beauty in our culture through our amazing clothes but struggled to find children’s ready-to-wear African prints here in the UK. We had to resort to tailor-made options that were time consuming, inconsistent quality and didn’t provide value for money. Unsurprisingly, this was a common experience amongst our friends and extended families that wanted the same for their little ones.

This inspired the creation of the brand you see today, which beyond our needs, is intended to provide convenient access to off-the-shelf quality african kids clothes to other families, parents, caregivers, grandparents, aunties and uncles at the click of a button!
